On behalf of Ian and Ann Normington, DC Care is delighted to announce the recent sale of Park House Nursing Home, located within enviable surroundings including a woodland walk in the Queensbury area of Bradford.
Park House, Grade 11 listed built in the Victorian period by local wealthy mill owners, has many of the original design features, including a large stained-glass window, retained by Mr and Mrs Normington. The home is registered or 25.
Looking to retire from the sector, Mr and Mrs Normington appointed DC Care to market the business. The home was acquired by Giju Louies, an existing specialist care operator looking to expand his care portfolio further northwards in England.
The sale of Park House was handled by DC Care’s Director Andy Sandel and Senior Sales Negotiator Michelle Natkus. Andy commented “Park House attacted a lot of interest from existing operators and new entrants to the sector. We were delighted to find a suitable buyer in Giju Louies and look forward to working with him again when he is ready to acquire his next care business.
