On behalf of Mr Paul and Mrs Debra Mallows, DC Care is delighted to announce the recent successful sale of Carr Holm care home located in the North Wales coastal town of Prestatyn.
Carr Holm is a large detached property of red brick construction. Windows and doors are all uPVC double glazed and the reception rooms are light and airy. It has previously been a hotel, with the care home retaining many of the 1930s features, including a dining room with decorative coving.
Mr and Mrs Mallows purchased the business 14 years ago and have since enjoyed a long-standing positive relationship and rapport with the local inspection team and commissioning teams. Now looking to retire, DC Care were instructed to market Carr Holm.
The business was acquired for an undisclosed sum by Dr Bruce Moore, a first-time buyer looking to build a care home portfolio.
