On behalf of Mahmood Poonja and his fellow directors DC Care is delighted to announce the successful sale of Muscliff Nursing Home, a high-quality purpose-built care facility located in Bournemouth, registered for 41 residents. The home was constructed in 1997 and is maintained to a high specification, all bedrooms include en-suite facilities.
DC Care was instructed to market the business during the covid pandemic, with a confidential sale being a high priority. The home has been acquired by an experienced but independent care home operator who is focused on the South of England.
