DC Care is delighted to announce the recent successful sale of Roselands Residential Home, located in Heyside Royton, a peaceful residential suburb of Oldham in Lancashire.
Roselands is a sizeable former vicarage, reconfigured and extended for change of use into a care home. The home is registered for 19 residents, operating at a maximum occupancy of 16, within the categories of old age, dementia, physical disability and daycare.
The business has been acquired for an undisclosed amount by Mr Patrick Hennessy, an experienced care operator based in Northern England.
