Set in over an acre of pleasant wooded gardens amidst open countryside, Longridge Care Home is a listed Georgian farmhouse, converted to a care home in 1980, with purpose-built extensions being later added.
The home was offered to the market on a vacant possession basis and has been acquired for an undisclosed sum by Mr Gary Parker and Mr Greg Watson, from specialist childcare operators New Reflexions.
