On behalf of Philip Osborne of Moborne Care Group, DC Care is delighted to announce the recent successful sale of Green Rose Care Limited, comprising ten specialist care facilities located throughout Suffolk.
The business was founded by Mr Osborne and his business partner Ana Mower in 2014 and is registered to provide support and care for adults aged 17 (Variation to CQC registration) years and above, who have a learning disability, autism, complex support. It also provides specialist services for people with specific disorders relating to people with learning disabilities.
Looking to exit the care sector, Mr Osborne appointed DC Care to discreetly market the business to existing specialist care operators both regionally and nationally. DC Care found a suitable purchaser in the form of Swanton Care & Community Limited, a highly-established nationwide specialist care operator.
Following completion, Mr Osborne commented “Having made the decision to sell our business we knew that we wanted the process to be handled discreetly and managed to completion in a way that fostered positive relationships between all parties moving forward. It was important to us that our business was going to good hands.
We decided to work with DC Care because of their reputation for making personal connections between well-matched parties within the sector. Andy Sandel was able to shortlist potential buyers and work with us to identify who would be a good fit, sharing the same values and commitment to providing high-quality services.”
The sale of Green Rose Care was handled by DC Care’s Southern Region Director Andy Sandel.
