DC Care is delighted to announce the recent sale of Avenue House and Apple Tree Court, Wolverhampton, upon the instructions of Begbies Traynor’s J Karr & S Killick – Joint LPA Receivers.
Avenue House and Apple Tree Court are adjacent properties located in a desirable conservation area of Tettenhall in Wolverhampton. The buildings are former private houses that were converted and extended for change of use into care homes.
The businesses were previously registered for a total of 47. Following closure in late 2019 and the subsequent appointment of the Joint LPA Receivers, DC Care was instructed to market Avenue House and Apple Tree Court, having worked previously with Begbies Traynor on many other occasions.
Both properties have been acquired by Zed Ahmed and Balbir Singh of BZ Property Holdings Ltd; experienced property developers, with the objective of substantially refurbishing the buildings and resurrect lapsed planning permission to extend to 54 bedrooms.
The sale price was undisclosed.
