DC Care is delighted to announce the sale of 3 Dimensions Care Limited, an Independent Special Educational Needs School located close to the Somerset and Devon border. The business provides residential care and education to children and adults with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and communication difficulties, including autistic spectrum disorders (ASD). The highly regarded group comprises three residential homes, which in total can accommodate 12 residents and on the main site includes an approved, independent school for up to 16 pupils with special educational needs (SEN). The organisation is registered by both Ofsted and The Care Quality Commission and holds Autism Accreditation with the National Autism Society.
Following the completion of the sale of 3 Dimensions Care in early March to Outcomes First Group Andy Sandel, southern region business appraiser for DC Care commented “Activity within the specialist education sector remains extremely buoyant with a number of established providers looking to expand and develop their business.
