Westwinds is a long-established and highly regarded residential care home registered with the CQC for a maximum of 14 residents.
Our client instructed DC Care to market the home discreetly and a suitable buyer was found in the form of an experienced healthcare professional.
Following completion of the sale, our client commented “Great company and good people to work with. The sale of Westwinds was overseen by DC Care’s Director Andy Sandel and Senior Sales Negotiator Clare Duffey.
