On behalf of Ferida Akhtar DC Care is delighted to announce the recent successful sale of Brook House, a highly-regarded nursing home registered for a maximum of 35 residents.
Brook House is a combination of conversion and purpose-built extension located in the affluent Buckinghamshire village of Wooburn Green, near High Wycombe. The décor is light and airy, with tastefully presented sitting areas, conservatory and dining room. To the rear, there is a delightful garden for residents to enjoy.
DC Care was appointed to market the home, having previously sold Chilterns Manor in 2016 for Mrs Akhtar. The business attracted significant interest from existing operators in the region. The home was acquired by Curaa Group, which also acquired Broome End through DC Care in 2019.
Following completion, Mrs Akhtar commented “DC Care and the team have been fantastic in keeping us updated and supporting us throughout the sale process. Always available to support and advise us. Michelle worked tirelessly to ensure successful completion. I would have no hesitation in recommending DC Care, I cannot thank them enough.”
The sale of Brook House was handled by DC Care’s Southern Region Director Andy Sandel and Senior Sales Negotiator Michelle Natkus.
