On behalf of Mr Paul Brackley, DC Care is delighted to announce the recent sale of Care Services (MK) CIC, a specialist care provider operating out of three separate locations in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire.
Mr Brackley first established the group in 2014 to provide 24/7 supported living care for up to nine service users, across three detached bungalows that were converted and adapted specifically for learning disabilities and autism. In a relatively short time, the business gained an excellent reputation for the quality of the care and accommodation it provides.
The business has been sold to the Precious Homes group, renowned operators nationwide in the specialist care field.
The sale of Care Services MK CIC was managed by DC Care’s Southern Region Director Andy Sandel and Senior Sales Negotiator Michelle Natkus. Andy summarised: “From my first meeting with Mr Brackley and my initial visit to the properties, I recognised that this was a well-run, forward-thinking business that would appeal to a number of established operators in this sector. We are delighted to have concluded the sale to Precious Homes particularly as we are confident that they will continue to provide a high-quality service for the residents.”
