Our team has extensive specialist experience gained over many years and advises corporate care home operators, private clients, specialist care operators, banks, accountants, property developers and investors regarding the sale and acquisition of operational care facilities, empty units for redevelopment and the sale and acquisition of development sites for care use.
Alison Willoughby – Northern Region Director
As a member of the Institute of Commercial and Business Agents, Alison Willoughby has over a decade of specialist healthcare experience. Alison joined DC Care in 2010 and in that time has concluded sales of a range of businesses, from closed care homes and homes in administration, to well performing larger groups. She is also the child welfare officer for Wakefield Hockey Club, one of the largest in Northern England with over 350 members.
Andy Sandel – Southern Region Director
Andy has a wealth of experience in business transfer, having been in the industry since 1998. Since joining us in January 2010 he has built an excellent network of contacts in all aspects of care. A real hands-on and personal approach to the entire selling process has resulted in DC Care significantly increasing its presence in the South, making it one of the most active specialist agents in the sector. Andy maintains an active lifestyle through golfing and coaching the under-13’s at Glinton and Northborough FC.
Lisa Rushworth – Senior Sales Negotiator (Northern Region)
Lisa has over 20 years experience in commercial property transfer and joined DC Care in 2007. Working in close conjunction with the Northern Region Director Lisa proactively manages relationships with clients and monitors all sales through to completion. Outside of the office, Lisa’s young family keeps her very busy.
Clare Duffey – Senior Sales Negotiator (Southern Region)
Clare joined DC Care in 2007 and very quickly established herself within the sales team. Working with the Southern Region Director Clare builds an excellent rapport with clients from the outset, maintaining a committed and positive approach throughout all stages of sales.
Jonathan Rockliff – Senior Marketing & Sales Administrator
Jonathan joined DC Care in 2004, maintaining DC Care’s database of live purchasers and contacts and working in conjunction with all other members of the Senior Team. In the years since he has taken a hands-on role of the marketing with his technical approach. In his spare time Jonathan enjoys walking and is also currently learning to play Golf but admits he is a long way off from being able to beat Tiger Woods.
